SMS Messages and Consent

We may send SMS text messages to you only with your prior express written consent, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
    •    Consent is obtained when you provide your phone number and submit a form on our website.
    •    By providing your phone number and submitting the form, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from Vertex Cabinets, which may include transactional updates (such as order notifications, appointment reminders) and promotional offers.
    •    Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
    •    Messages are sent only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time of the recipient.
    •    We do not send SMS messages to purchased, rented, or third-party lists.
    •    Each message will include opt-out instructions: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe” or “HELP for help.”

 

How to Opt-Out

You can unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying with the keyword STOP to any message. Once your request is received, we will remove your phone number from our SMS database within 10 business days.

Data Retention for SMS Consent

We retain proof of your consent to receive SMS messages, including timestamp and submission details, in accordance with TCPA and CTIA guidelines. This data is stored securely and used only for compliance purposes.

Do we use "cookies"?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart.
